Site and Infrastructure Phase 4 included multiple scopes of work to improve UC Merced's infrastructure:
- Extension of buried utilities beneath Ansel Adams Road.
- Corporation Yard and Access Road in North Bowl area.
- Intersection Safety Improvements (Ranchers and Ansel Adams Road)
- Ranchers Road Improvements including domestic water & stormwater work.
- Telecom Building Upgrade
- Pump Station Upgrade
