Annual Announcement

Please click the link to register your firm as part of the Annual Announcement. This annual announcement is intended to result in the identification of persons and firms which are interested in pursuing contracts to perform services for various projects.  This annual announcement may result in the award of contracts to multiple consultants at each University campus or facility office.  However, this advertisement does not commit the University to award any contract at a particular campus or facility office nor to award a contract for a particular type of service or type of project.  The estimated amount of each contract will be less than $100,000.

We refer to this database when selecting firms for work on Campus. Please note that we currently do not send routine notifications to registered vendors regarding open RFQs and construction bids.  Please check our planrom site regularly for a current list of open RFQs and construction bids at https://www.ucmplanroom.com/. UC Merced Outreach Event

Please note we are hosting a virtual outreach event for Contractors only on March 18 at 1:00pm via Zoom. UC Merced will share upcoming small summer/fall projects for contractors. Small projects are defined under $1M.. Please register at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019cbf7095c27321af717248ee03b717. Registration will close March 17 at 12pm.
