The University of California has established a goal of 25% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation for design and construction contract spending. Starting September 1, 2026, the University will require all design professionals, consultants and contractors to report their monthly spending using the B2GNow software. The University hosted two optional trainings in August to assist with the transition.
