Site Development and Infrastructure Phases 1, 2 and 3 prepared the campus site for the construction of its first buildings.
The project included mass grading and engineering infrastructure, developing the initial campus entrance, entry and service roads as well as roads required for later construction, Scholars Lane, the Scholars Lane bridge, the initial street trees, and service for campus buildings.
